EAD taking way too long
I am now on my 88th day from the 90 days period.
11/14/16 They received my applications (I-130 I-485 I-765)
12/19/16 Biometric appointment done.
01/30/16 Raised an Inquiry on the 75th day.
Right now it says that the inquiry was assigned to an officer for response. No response up until now, though.
Technically today is the last day they have to change the status because my 90th day falls on the next Sunday and I know they don't work on weekends.
I don't know what else to do.
This is so frustrating because we pay the obnoxious amount of money for those forms, and they don't even have the decency of following the schedule they set themselves.
