EAD through vawa timeline
Hey I was wondering how long does it take to receive the EAD my lawyer said it’s should be 3-6 months! I did vawa 3 weeks ago but when I read websites they said does take 13-15 months!
I was married to us citizen and I been abused mentally and emotionally and Financial and
Physically and I have proven everything that vawa required! But I was wondering if really takes 13-15 months to get EDA ? Or as my lawyer said 3/6 months! Please
And how about to rent apartment? Can I do it with prima facie like it’s easy to find apartments if I leave my abuser house ?
