Here is our experience thus far:
12/21/16 - PD (Submitted I-485, I-765, I-130)
02/02/17 - Biometrics
02/08/17 - Ready to schedule for Interview
03/22-17 - New Card Produced
03/30/17 - Card mailed
The update on the USCIS status page said we should expect to receive the card before April 29th. Hopefully it won't take that long!
