Below is my husbands timeline. He is filing as a spouse of USC. We were married on 2/7/17. His cases is assigned to MSC.
4/14-Mailed
4/17-Accepted
5/19-Bio Appt
5/30-RFE received via email.
6/5-RFE request send back on 6/5
6/6- RFE docs received on 6/6
I-485-Continued processing on 6/8
7/17-Opened SR online
7/25-Called USCIS and escalated SR
7/25-Received response-request of proof of offer letter for employment
7/25-Faxed proof of offer letter. Was told we would receive a response in 5 days
7/31-Opened SR again for I-765
8/3-Card in production!!!!
It took a lot of work at the end to get to this point but it was well worth it. We were just getting ready to contact our congressman. Start to finish it was approximately 108 days. Hang in there everyone.
