EAD update
Hello everyone, after over 20 days of observing this thread... I thought I should share my experience. I hope you find it helpful.

EAD based on pending I-589 c(08)

Timeline
March 24, 2017: Case received by USICS (I-765) NSC.
April 23, 2017: 30 days.
 June 7, 2017: 75 days,
June 12, 2017: First SR1 was submitted.
July 2, 2017: 100 days.
July 11, 2017: First SR1 was completed with a generic "Application is in line to be processed, please allow 60 days"
July 22, 2017: 120 days,
August 8, 2017: Second SR2 was submitted.
August 11, 2017: 140 days.
August 12, 2017: Second SR2 was completed with a generic "Application is in line to be processed, please allow 60 days"
August 15, 2017: First request to have the case expedited due to financial hardship.
August 16, 2017 6AM: Submitted a privacy release form with both US senators from my state to get assistance with in a case with a federal agency.
August 16, 2017 12:45PM: Case status was updated to "Name was updated" please note I did not request a name update, after research I realized it means that initial review of my case has been started.
August 16, 2017 4:30PM: Case status was updated to "New Card is Being Produced"

Please note that my case was updated to "New Card is Being Produced" before the request to expedite my case was assigned to an officer. Also, my case was updated before the senators' staff was able to process my request. I still recommend both especially if you're over 120 days.

TOTAL 145 DAYS TO "NEW CARD IS BEING PRODUCED" I'm going to keep an eye on when the status is updated to "Card was mailed" but at this point, ALL IS GREAT!

Wish you all the best.
