Hi all,
I applied for my STEM OPT EAD card extension and case was received on May30th and the case status still shows that case was received. After my first injury in October I realized my case is pending for background check. Any idea how long does it take to get my ead card? I’m waiting for 9 months so far and I lose my employment! Rough times...
