Hi guys, thank you so much for all your experience. I got a lot of ideas and hope from you.
Here is my timeline.
EAD based on AOS, marriage to a US citizen. I am in Texas.
5/31 PD received, Chicago
6/12 Received I-485, I-130, I-765 receipt, MSC
6/16 BIO notice
6/30 BIO
9/5 Local congressman help to submit an expedite request on I-765
9/11 Received an email from congressman office saying that my case will be routed for expedited processing
9/12 Case updated to New Card is Being Produced (Day 104)
I got a letter from my employer if I can't receive my EAD before my current status expires, which is 9/18/2017, I will lose my job. I provided this letter to congressman office. Then they helped with the case.
If you need help from congressman, please check your local congressman's information. The one in my area has a website and they even list this kind of "service" there and I just emailed them through the website. They replied really fast and really took care of it.
So far I am just waiting for my EAD card and I-485 status update. I heard it is super super slow in Texas.
