EAD/AP Expedieting
Has anyone tried to Expedite their EAD/AP? I am a DACA holder my current EAD expires 12/01/2017. I have filed forms 485, 130, 131, 765. PD is 1/30/2017 I got an RFE and the case resumed on 03/29/2017. I raised a SR on 05-22-2017 and was told I would have to wait another 90days from the date they received my evidence.
I really need to make sure I have an approved AP soon, because my father is pretty ill in MX.
Any expediting experiences will be very helpful.
