hi everyone,
anyone who has similar timeline got EAD/AP yet?
Here is my timeline
USC Marriage based AOS from New York
Processing center NBC
12/1/17 i-485,131,765 sent out by my attorney
12/4/17 Uscis Received
12/8/17 Receipt Notice received
12/12/17 Check cleared
12/18/17 Biometrics notice received
1/3/18 Biometrics done
1/16/18 i-485 status changed to "We are scheduling your interview"
And no change since then...
I-131 & 765 both status are still stuck at "case received"
Seems like December filers (NBC processing center) are getting their ead/ap by now ...so im a little worried as i'm planning to travel around late april.
Does the timeline differ depends the field office??
Any suggestions on when to expect my ead/ap?
