Hi you guys! So I confirmed here a little while ago how soon before expiration can I file for renewal of a combo eAD/AP card - and everyone said 120 days.
I chatted with a USCIS Agent today - he said 180 days before expiration of a combo card - I can file and it will not cause any automatic rejections for being too far out.
Any similar cases? Advice/Suggestions??
