EAD/AP vs H1B visa to enter
folks,
i have EAD/AP and H1B visa both valid.
I am leaving the country for vacation and coming back one month before the H1B expires.
One attorney tells me to use H1B (because in the mean time they could reject the adjustment of status application) and another attorney tells me to use directly EAD/AP to get in.
What do you think? Anyone with experience on this subject?
