Earliest time to renew EAD/AP
Hi friends,
As I wrote here about 2 weeks ago, I have received my EAD/AP (an Oct filrer). I also received that smoothly as expected from the USPS without any delivery issue stories that some fellows write in this forum. But from now, I already have the stress of when to file for its renewal. The expiration date is 1 yr (end of Mar) but the processing time becomes longer and longer (currently ~ 7 mo). I wonder when is the earliest time that I can file to request for a renewal on EAD/AP. Can I do it in 4 mo (8 months earlier than the expiration date? Or even today!?
