11/03/2017: Expedite Request on day 64 based on "Severe Company Hardship"
11/15/2017: Expedite Request through Congressman on day 76
11/16/2017: Expedite Request letter delivered to Nebraska Service Center
ER assigned to an officer for response on day 77
11/17/2017: "we sent a response to your request to have your case expedited, referral number xxx"
"Your request to have your case expedited, referral number xxx, was completed"
Called USCIS customer support, Level 1, and they told me the ER had been denied
Called lawyers, and they said it was part of the standard procedure for ER
11/20/2017: "New Card is Being Produced" on day 81
