I hope my experience could give some insight to other guys waiting to get sorted out by USCIS.
French citizen, born in Morocco. Married, two kids
on O1 temporary visa, EB1A application, NSC, self-sponsor
-Nov20,2016, Filed I 140 premium processing -Nov28, got RFE on I140, had to prove that the company I created really makes business with other companies as they do not trust press releases. Letters from customers testifying that business development is ongoing have been produced -Jan 20 2017, responded to RFE -Jan 27, I140 Approval -Feb27, filed I 485 and advance parole -April 7th, got Combo Card EDA -April 13th, had fingerprints taken Then nothing happened until: -Sep 20, I485 RFE, had to provide birth certificates from country of birth(Morocco), not from country of citizenship(France). Had to prove that I still work on extra-ordinary capability topics. I produced a letter of employment and pay stubs -Oct 10th, responded to RFE -Oct 18th, Approval of I 485, card in production -Oct 23, card mailed to you Oct-25th, received GC cards for the whole family.
My GC journey comes to an end. I am very proud to be part of the country of opportunity. I wish good luck to everybody while waiting. I will keep sharing my experience in this thread from time to time.
