Hello everyone,
I know it's been a rough time for all of us since President EO (June 22nd).
I read and listened to a lot of law firms video that the proclamation is not going to effect those who are in the national interest of US like EB2-NIW.
Although I don't trust the administration what they and what they don't.
I want suggestions, I am in US and my I.140 was approved last June 2019 based on EB2-NIW. I applied adjustment of status (I.485) in July 2019 along with medical, Biometrics done in Aug 2019.
Dec,2019 case ready to be scheduled for interview
Mar 26, 2020 interview canceled.
My PD is current.
So what do you guys suggest is my interview also effected with all these shenanigans, and should I just wait and hope for the best or it will be advisable to contact USCIS.
Looking forward to the invaluable advice.
