I am waiting for my GC through Employment and it has been more than 180 days (6 months) from my I-485 filing date, now if I quit my sponsoring employer and work for another employer:
1. Does my new employer need to file a document to assure that now they are going to take over of my sponsorship?
2. Can my old employer withdraw my application from USCIS as they will not be happy with me leaving the company?
