EB3 interview for citizenship
Hi Everyone,
Could you please let me know your experience about this problem:
I came to the US with employment based EB3 green card. When I entered to the US, I called the employer and they said because of some problems they were in the process of an organizational restructuring. They asked me to wait and after 6months They refused to hire me. I didn't work there even 1 day. They sent me a letter that shows the reasons for not hiring me were their situation at that time. Is that acceptable enough for USCIS in the time of citizenship interview?
