Finally our journey has come to an end! Below is our timeline:
07/2019: filed i-140 (regular processing), i-131, i-765 and i-485 concurrently. My husband is the primary applicant, but we requested visa cross-chargeability.
10/2019: i-131 and i-765 were approved first for both of us around mid month, then i-140 was approved at the end of the month.
01/2020: cases were transferred to NBC.
05/2020: first RFE for medical exams.
07/2020: submitted RFE response, renewed i-131 and i-765.
09/2020: received new EAD/AP cards for both.
10/02/2020: second RFE for bona fide marriage evidence.
10/26/2020: submitted RFE evidence.
10/30/2020: Status for i-485 changed to “New card is being produced”
