EB3 RFE for Medical Forms
Hi guys, how long did it take for USCIS to make a decision on your case after you responded to their RFE to submit medical forms?
We never got an interview scheduled, but received an RFE to send i-693 "in order for us to make a final decision on your case". We submitted the forms on Monday and were notified by USCIS this morning that they have received them. Our PD will become current in August, so I'm just wondering how long we should expect to hear back from USCIS for the decision.
