EB3 ROW Chicago timelines so far
Hi everyone,
I wanted to share my timeline as well if that helps anyone.
I'm an employment sponsored applicant, EB3 ROW and filed here in Chicago (my wife submitted as my dependent with me).
DOL wage qualification
PERM
PD (I-140) 5/16/19
Case transferred to another office 6/5/19
Case is ready to be scheduled for an interview 7/9/19
Interview was scheduled 7/12/19
Interview 8/19/19 (one of the last ones in Chicago due to retrogression)
Interview was completed and my case must be reviewed 8/19/19
My EAD/AP combo card approved 10/10/19
My EAD/AP combo card mailed to me 10/15/19 (exactly 5 months after filing, which is the longest period to wait for according to USCIS timelines website)
My wife's EAD/AP combo card approve 10/16/19 (wasn't yet mailed)
Now we're waiting for the retrogression backlog to process and praying to receive the GC soon.
Will update once there are updates.
