Electronic RFE not received even on premium processing
Filed for extension in May on premium and got RFE in June, responded and got approval only for 3 months (as per the last date that was mentioned in the work order), USCIS did not consider the duration that was mentioned in the client letter. Hence, I filed for another extension with 1 year of work order plus the same set of documents but still did not get the approval instead got another RFE which is absurd and this time I still did not receive the electronic copy of the RFE . The case is filed on premium and its been more than 3 days but still waiting for the RFE copy and service center is California.
