I-140: approved since July. EAD + AP on hands
I-485: Received a RFE for the I-693 (not included in the initial filing).
Answered the I-693 along with a G-28 (lawyer has changed address)
National Benefits Center:
- 10/27/2020 - RFE Sent to me
- 11/30/2020 - We received your response for Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status.
- 12/07/2020 - "Name was Updated" (probably because of G-28)
How long does it usually take for NBC to treat the RFE response?
