Married to USC, Newark NJ, PD: 9th dec 2019
I am a Mechanical engineer. I applied to a job and company is a military contractor. They asked me if I need sponsorship, And I told them since we have a pending AOS i would not need any kind of visa sponsorship.
They are asking me to provide documentation, my lawyer's contact and they are gonna verify from their employment lawyer that everything will be fine. And hiring me wont affect their govt contracts.
Saying that what documents should I provide? Anyone has similar experience ?
