Exceeded Promised Duration since Case Inquiry for STEM OPT
My STEM OPT application/case was received on September 5, 2017.
Around the 100th day mark I filed a case inquiry to which USCIS replied: "You should receive a decision, correspondence or notice of other action within 30 days of the date of this letter."
That 30th day was yesterday (1/14/18), to be exact. I know that's a weekend and today's also a holiday, but how realistic is it that I get a response by tomorrow? Really need this OPT & EAD ASAP...
If you have any other advice or knowledge into STEM OPT applications, that'd be great.
