Existing green card for parents
Hi,
the green card for my parents were approved and they lived in US with me for 2 years, they went to India on vacation and dad had a heart attack followed by another heart attack the following year. due to these reasons, parents could not come back to USA for the past 2 years, they are still in India. The second heart attack happened in dec 2015 and recovery will take atleast 6 months prior to travel as he went through 3 surgeries.
question is:
-is their GC expired?
-how can I bring them to USA?
-will their GC will become invalid because they did not reenter within 6 months? we have not sent any msg to immigration yet, should we send and take permission to reenter?
-do I need to reapply for GC?
-what should I do now?
-they are aged 84 and 76 yrs old. they cannot travel to US consulate in India and attend interview again if needed, what is the best solution?
