Expedite EAD
Hi guys ,
I have a question for those who expedited their EAD .
My Pd July 9 . I am currently in a leave of absence at my work and will lose my job if I am not back by November 17th . I am also concerned as I have bills such as daycare etc.. and soon I won t be able to pay them.
I spoke to my lawyer that told me there was nothing that could be done except waiting.
So I called Uscis last week and they requested an expedite due to financial lost of an individual. My question is has any of you had successfully expedited their EAS within the 5 days ? And if I don’t hear from them what is the next step to take ? I really need to get my EAD asap as I cannot afford to lose my job .
