Expedite EAD
Hi Everyone !
I requested for expedite on my EAD although it is not up to 75days I sent my AOS package. Meanwhile, it is barely 66days since my application was received by USCIS. But since I have a lot of job openings and offers, I made the request to expedite the EAD. The IO sounds so nice in sending out the request and he told me that I will hear from them within the next 5days.
My questions now are; since I have maybe few days to make it 75days I submitted my application, will they consider the request or just keep processing my EAD based on the timeframe. Secondly, if they accept my request, what documents are likely to be needed from me in order for them to expedite the EAD.
