Expedite EAD

I have just applied for the EAD because of a job offer, so my question is: can I use the receipt number of my EAD application to call USCIS to expedite it right away due to a job offer? I am so desperate to work...my husband and I live in the basement of the house of his parents and I am so tired of listening to my mother in law insinuating that I don't want to work, etc...and I really need to work, I have always worked in my country, so I feel very bad for not working right now...
