Expedite request
hello all,
I sent an expedite request on Sept. 10. Yesterday my status changed to "my expedite request received".

This morning, my case history shows the following:
"On September 13, 2019, your request to have your case expedited, referral number T1F**, was completed.

On September 13, 2019, we sent a response to your request to have your case expedited, referral number T1F**.
09/13/2019

On September 13, 2019, your request to have your case expedited, referral number T1F**, was assigned to an officer for response."

What does this all mean? I haven't received anything on my email, my status is still the same, I don't know what's happening.

I chatted with a rep through Emma, but he didn't seem to know much. In a nutshell, he told me that my request had been approved, which doesnt mean that my EAD is approved, just that they will look at my case shortly. He said it looks like they don't need supporting evidence (i filed under "severe financial loss to person" as was ready to submit all the docs), which I find very odd. He also said they approved the expedite based on the notes I provided when I submitted my request, but I didn't provide any! The rep I submitted the request with said I didn't need anything, just to state the cause as "severe financial loss". He also had no idea what the "response" meant, because I didn't receive anything.

Does anyone know what's up?
