Expedite request denied
Hello All,
Yesterday I called in USCIS and placed an expedite request for my I-765. They said I will receive a request for additional evidence in the next 5 business days. This morning I received an email saying they are waiting on evidence for my I-485 and my case is on hold. But my receipt number for I-485 shows they received the response on June 3 and they are currently working on the case. And when I checked the case status for I-765 it is showing expedite request denied due to lack of evidence for emergent need.
I am confused what are they asking from me? I sent response to I-485 , with my application I provided proof for extreme financial loss as I will lose my job if I don't get new EAD. Anybody help. I feel hopeless.
