Expedite Submitted. What's Next?
Hey guys,
So I called to submit my expedite request and was told to wait 5 days for a response. I got an email from USCIS the day after I called and it said my case was under review. So I was like ok good I guess at lease someone is sorta working on my case but then I don't even know if they are...?
It's been almost a week after I received the email and still nothing. No follow-up email or even request for evidence in the mail either. I called my congressman's office to ask if they could follow up with my expedite request like some of you guys said to do. But every time I call, the person always seems very hesitant to help or will just give me very vague answers like "this is very normal of a wait" or "I'll try to give you a call back some time today to let you know".
My PD for my package was June 4. I haven't gotten any update on my fingerprint review or even a schedule of an interview yet. Everything is still under "Case was received"
I've tried calling my Senator's office multiple times a day but I keep getting their voicemail. I've left tons of voicemails too but no one has gotten back to me. I know it's getting closer to election time so maybe that's why they're busy?
I'm feeling stuck! I don't know what to do? Any suggestion?
