Expediting Advance Parole
I am planning to expedite my Advance Parole Document since I need to travel outside US in Feb 2020. My father is having a major surgery in Feb. It's already been 112 days since I applied for my Combo Card. However, I don't think it will be approved by Feb due to current delays.

Can anyone advise me on what should I do "EXPEDITING I-131" or "EMERGENCY ADVANCE PAROLE".

I fear with emergency parole they will only give me 30 days Advance Parole and I might want to stay more than that to take care of my father and his business.

Will Medical Bills and a Letter from Doctor work as a proof in this case?

Advice and Suggestions appreciated! Thanks
