Hello everyone,I'm a silent follower of this forum,I just want to post my experience,my interview was yesterday which is 03/21/2019
PD date was 10/24/2017
Work permit approved 01/02/2018
Interview notice receive 02/20/2019
Interview date was 03/21/2019
I married a USC,my appointment was 9:45am at houston office today,so we checked in by 9:25am
We were called by the io by 9:43am,she was a nice lady but professional
So she walk us into the office with my wife,my little daughter and my lawyer so after swearing us then she
Started the interview by asking me the yes and no questions on form i-485
She ask my wife my parent name and also ask me my wife parents name
She ask where we meet,who proposed first,our first date,how long we dated before my marriage
She didn't go through our joint assests and liabilities,she only ask for our pictures and she gave my little daughter a compliment about looking good on her pictures with us
We didn't get approved right away,she told me I have to submit another sponsor,I was so pissed😑😑,she said she will send me a letter requesting for the sponsorer documentation,so after some hours my case was updated to request for additional evidence was mailed to you on 03/21/2019
My interview went pretty well and it lasted just 15mins,I hope we get approved after summiting the documentation,as any one ever experienced this before,how long does it take for them to approve the case after submitting the required documents? You suggestions us highly appreciated and I will keep you guys updated
