Experience with Service Request...
Does anyone has experience with service request (SR)?
I created one today, and the website responded to me saying that they will revert back to me by September 02nd... I was able to create SR because processing times changed today (08/11/2017). And new timelines makes my case out of processing times.
My questions is, does USCIS care about SR? Do they respond or take it seriously? Or just get away with some lame answer or ask for more time?
