Is there anyone who came here to US on B1/B2 , adjusted to F1 and has now applied for AOS? I'm in f2a category and on F1 visa now, I have been taking courses in school. Since new visa bulletin charts rolled in, I have applied for EAD and AP.
Need advise on what to do once I get my EAD and AP approved? I'm planning to continue school but I want to take less courses like 2 may be? Would that serve as a negative point for me during the interview? Should I continue with taking 4 courses and maintain an F1 status?
Another option could be I could take four courses but pay in-state fees and be on i-485 being pending status. That would be a valid argument for me in interview that I'm taking the same amount of courses and studying.
Kinda confused.
Has anybody been through the same situation? Looking for an experienced advise on this forum?
