EXTENSION ON B2 VISA
Please i need your suggestion. if someone comes on a b2 visa and within the six month he had to stay in the usa, he applied for extension which took over one year to be responded .while waiting for the response for uscis, the f2a july 2019 became current and he applied for your adjustment of status. the question is while you wait for the extension approval,has the person fallen out of status or is the person still in status as he waited for the extension. will it affect him during his interview for change of status
