Hello all!
I have been in the states since 2007. I came in as a tourist and changed to student. I am now in nursing and have been working since 2015 without an EAD. We got married in Dec. PD 01/26/17 (MSC). No EAD received yet but AOS scheduled for interview in May. I am not currently a student either. I have just been working. Somehow the employer has not figured that my last EAD had expired.
How should I answer questions about finances, work, school. We filed jointly this last tax year and we have joint accounts and bills in everything. Just feeling nervous.
Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated!
