Adjustment of Status - I-485

Hi all,

I am currently under F1 OPT visa and pending i485 (marriage-based). Here is my timeline so far:

3/6/2019 - Priority Date
3/15/2019 - I-797 Received
3/19/2019 - I-693 Courtesy Letter
3/22/2019 - Biometrics scheduled
4/3/2019 - Biometrics
4/19/2019 - Interview was scheduled
5/24/2019 - Interview date

Now I have a question about the I-693 courtesy letter. It is a yellow paper that says:

"An initial review of evidence submitted with your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, determined that Form I-693, Report of Medical Examination and Vaccination Record, is deficient for the following reason(s):

The civil surgeon certified the exam more than 60 days before the date the applicant filed the Form I-485."

Then it says that I can bring a new form to the interview. Now, the thing is, my first initial visit to the civil surgeon was on 2/2/2019 (which is less than 60 days from the date I filed), and I did not sign the completed form until 3/4/2019. I asked my attorney in regards to this matter and he mentioned that the letter could have been sent in error, which happens with USCIS from time to time, and I should not be worried about getting another medicals done since it costs quite a lot.

Has anyone ever had this experience, where you received a courtesy letter even though the I-693 form you submitted was supposedly valid?

I'm just afraid that the interview process/approval is gonna be delayed just because of this.
