F2. I am going to visit my wife, and along with it, I will also attend her graduation ceremony, which is in December. As it is a big day for both of us so, I really want to be with her on her life’s biggest day. We are both excited because, after our marriage, this will be the first event that we will celebrate together.
VO. What are her plans after graduation?
F2. After graduation, it depends on her whether she gets the opportunity to take OPT or returns to her country and utilises her knowledge in her field.

F2. I will stay there for 2 months.

F2. Officer, I am going to meet my wife as I’ve planned my trip around her birthday so I can be there to celebrate with her. So, we have a plan to celebrate it at Resort which is on Galveston beach.
VO. When did your wife complete her master’s?
F2. She graduated in December.

F2. Last time I refused in October 2024.
VO: What is she doing there?
F2: She is on initial OPT and works as an assistant project manager at ABC company.
VO. What are the changes since the last refusal?
F2. When I appeared last time so my wife was studying there and soon after graduation, she got the OPT and started working there on OPT.
VO. Why did she not end her studies there, and did she not visit you?
F2: Previously she was studying so she had her academic commitments and soon after graduation she started working on OPT so she couldn’t visit.
VO: Sorry, I am not giving you the visa.
Is there anyone who has experienced a situation like this?
Please help me understand where the mistake is. How can I call him here? Your suggestions will be a great help to me.
