Then applied for AOS

Yesterday I receive an update on 131 from Uscis they sent initial evidence . I'm confuse what they really need of initial evidence ? But I guess I did not explain why I will travel my country ( on a extra pages that might need to be mention ) . Is this reason for initial evidence ? Pls coments your help greatly appreciated .
