F2A processing times for I-130/Address Change Notice
Hi there,
I have two concerns:
1. The I-130 processing times for F2A filers have now ballooned to almost 60 months in some centers. I filed concurrently for I485 and I130 and my I-130 form says my processing center is the NBC but there is no way to check the processing time for that on the USCIS website. Does this mean my I-130 will follow the same timeline as my I-485? If at the time of my interview, my I-130 is not already approved, will my I-130 be approved then or will I have to wait for that to be approved before I get my GC?
2. I changed my address at the beginning of June and received an email saying my address change request has been completed. To those cho recently changed their addresses, will I receive a physical notice confirming this or is the email confirmation enough? I am only concerned because I want to make sure if there is a notice, it makes it to my new address.
