I-130 filled dec 2017 (F2A) spouse of LPR
I-485,765,131 submitted 5/28/19
Bio 6/28/19
I-130 transfer from California service center to NBC (july 2019)
Contacted Congressmen office about i130 (sept2019) : got response that the case is processing
Submitted Uscis Service request: (30 days without response) since i-130 is out of normal processing time
Contacted obdusman office today (got case number assigned) not sure if that will make any difference.
What do you suggest should I wait a lil more? Should I contact a lawyer (which I don’t think will make a difference)? Should I file for writ of mandamus?
