F2A Timeline (posting once again)
I have no idea what to do next, like seriously!
I-130 (spouse of LRP) submitted dec 2017 (2years now)
I1485,i-131,765 May 2019
I-130 transferred to NBC in July 2019
Raised 2 SR for out normal processing time (i130)
After 2 months this is what I got “due to case load factors bla bla bla”
Come on!
Ombudsman ( no response yet- 2 months on that)
Congressman (just the basic info that case is processing)
Numerous calls and chats-all i get in response is that case is processing and there is nothing wrong or missing!
Now even I want to buy a ticket to leave that gc thing, I can’t. Everything I suffered til now will be wasted.
How much more do I have to wait? Are they going to spend 10 years to give me a travel permit? Do they really do that? Can I give them some more money? Like what should I do now.
