Hi All,
In Oct'19 We have filed my I 130, I 485 concurrently as the F2A Category was current. On Nov 21th I have received an RFE to provide proof of my wife's Citizenship ( US passport or Naturalization Certificate) while my wife is still on Green Card.
Luckily, My wife's N 400 was in processing, completed her interview and she has a Oath ceremony for naturalization this week.
My questions:-
1. How should I respond to my RFE, Should I just send copy of my wife naturalization certificate or should I mention that I filed in F2A category and request them to upgrade the case to IR as my wife became US citizen?
2. Do I need to fill out any other form to upgrade my case to IR?
