Hi , greetings all , its Been long time waiting for adjustment . My wife is gc holder so I didn't fill up concurrent I 485 ; around 1 and half months before I receive a welcome letter from NVC which they mention I need to send visa fees love love ..... . But I'm currently in USA so I will send my file to Uscis when visa bulletin of adjustment will available but cutrrently not updated for October one . That's why I sent a letter to NVC that I will send my file to USCIS pls forward my case to UsCIS . Today I received a E mail from NVC that some missing documents. I need to file d260 . And the bottom part they mention they received a document that's ehy this feed back . What I need to do this situation ? Pls help me in this regard . Thx
