Received today (28 Feb) I-797 approval notice for EAD and advanced parole. Actual card is not yet received.
The validity date (for both EAD and parole) is for just 1 year (till Feb 2020).
Question: why the validity date is just one year? Is it common? Seems very short period to me. Please share your thoughts.
