Feeling fed up
So during my interview I was told I am approved and I should expect that letter ect.
Well today I received my first RFE and its for the public charge rule. Im confused cause I thought it only effects those whose postmark date is 24th Feb or after. Well I sent mine out on the 21st Feb so why do I have this request ? The officer who interviewed us never mentioned it. Im so upset, I thought I was done. Is it the date I sent it out or date they recieve it they go by? Cant believe the guy never mentioned this.
