Feeling so much frustration and upset the way USC is works
Hello friends,
I want to share my experience with frustration and upset. I have filed my I485, i765 and i131 on sep 30th. On November 3rd uscis has issued me i485 RFE which Neither me nor lawyer received it. I took infopass and verified the address for me and lawyer and it was correct.The rfe letter had nov 3rd date. They updated online status on nov 14th and that's how I came to know. I was just keep waiting for long time and finally I contacted congressman on dec 20th and helped us to get scanned copy. We sent response to uscis on next day thru express mail. the rfe was about my missing i94 but my said we sent them. I don't know to whom I can trust. Now because of uscis stupid mistake I am still waiting for my combo card. God knows when I will get combo card. It has been 6 yrs since I met my parents. I can not leave the country cause I am on f1 visa. I feel like prisoner here now.
