My timeline
Jan 6th 2016 : PD (perm was filed)
May 10th 2016 : PERM approved
July 7th 2016: Filed i-140 and i-485 concurrently. Files sent to NSC
Nov 10 2016: Files transferred to TSC.
December 2016 : I-140 approved after upgrade to premium
April 5 2017: RFE received for both myself and spouse. Medicals for both and to prove bona fide marriage to spouse
May 4th 2017: RFE response received by USCIS
No update so far. It has been 41 days now since they received the responses to RFEs. My spouse's medical will expire within three weeks and our combo card expires in the next month and a half.
Anyone who has simila RFE, can you please update your status?
