Filling DS160
I have visa Interview scheduled in DEC for H1B stamping along with two dependents. I am filling DS-160 and I have a doubt in answering the question related to I-140. I see a question was asked to answer Yes or No for Immigratnt Visa applied before?. I had earlier F1 visa, and got my H1B in 2017. I worked as a contractor till March 2019 and then moved from the old employer to a new employer which is FT. My old employer revoked my I-140. It was approved in last November. What should I answer in DS-160 for that question. Old employer didn't even share any details to me.
